Hunger and Food insecurity is a problem that didn’t seem major to me because I personally never encountered a situation where I did not have an adequate amount of food. Most people in society will think it is not a problem for the same reasons. Sadly there are over 35 million people in the United States encounter hunger normally. This issue is a branch of poverty in my opinion and should be a dictating factor of poverty. Being able to predict hunger patterns will assist me in predicting the outcome of poverty in the future. If the poor are fed nutritional food they may be able to start their own lives with adequate energy. This means they will have enough energy to actually participate in society and make a positive outcome on the lives of the poor. There is another approach to solving hunger as I mentioned earlier. If poor houses are created where the poor can work to earn food and money and be self-sufficient in society. The answer to solving poverty lies in the fuel. The fuel in this scenario is food because the food will provide energy and increase productivity overall in the poor population.
