Last week my performance was lacking in school and in workouts. I soon discovered that the decrease in productivity came from a lack of positive thinking. All week I down because of my grades and down because of my workout assessment on Saturday. I realized Sunday night that if I don’t change my attitude towards situations I would have another bad week. In order to achieve this new positive mindset, I cleaned my room and made a schedule to achieve a fresh start. So far today I felt amazing about my performance in my LEQ exam and in my AP Language essay prompt. I was super energized today and ready to work unlike most days because I am usually tired from the previous night’s homework. Making positive changes in lifestyle is a very important aspect that needs to be taken seriously. I took it seriously over the weekend and I began to experience immediate results. If most people in society started to make positive changes in lifestyle like drinking less, watching TV less, and working less they can live a quality life that produces quality towards society. This will not only improve our own lives but it will improve society as a whole.
